Join us for our vital community health initiative, the NCOA Community Vaccination and Survey Event, where we're offering COVID-19 and flu vaccines to help protect our community. This event is an essential part of our ongoing efforts to understand and meet the health needs of our community, especially those aged 65 and older and individuals living with disabilities.
What We Offer:
Free Vaccination: Get your COVID-19 vaccine or booster, as well as the flu shot, administered by qualified healthcare professionals.
Health Survey: After your vaccination, participate in a brief survey to help us gather valuable insights about community health needs and responses to vaccination.
Gift Card Reward: As a token of our appreciation, receive a gift card for participating in the COVID-19 vaccination or booster shot program (available while supplies last).
